CAMPAIGNING town councillor Dianne Morgan says she is thrilled that Devon County Council is backing calls for an eastern by-pass in Honiton.Councillor Morgan has been calling for safety measures on the A35 in King Road, including the installation of a pedestrian crossing."It's good news," she told the Herald."If they can't put the appropriate safety measures in Kings Road, we need an eastern by-pass.
