Honiton: Cycling group formed after public meeting
THE first gathering of a new cycling group for Honiton attracted 24 people. All ages and abilities were represented at the meeting, held at Montgomery s Hotel.
THE first gathering of a new cycling group for Honiton attracted 24 people.
All ages and abilities were represented at the meeting, held at Montgomery's Hotel.
The group's first event will take place at 10am on Sunday, October 11. It will comprise two rides of 20 and 50 miles, both led by experienced cyclists.
The rides will start and finish at The Otter Inn, Weston.
Refreshment stops are planned and posters giving more details will be displayed at Honiton Information Centre, Honiton Library and Cycle, Honiton.
The next meeting of the group will be held at The Orange Tree, in Montgomery's Hotel, Honiton, at 6.30pm on Tuesday, October 13.
