ADD St Cyres Road in Honiton to your list of places affected by inappropriate parking!"
That is what disabled Arthur Rattenbury said when he contacted the Herald in response to our front page story about parking woes in Oaklea.
Diabetic Mr Rattenbury, 59, is wheelchair-bound after having a leg amputated and toes removed from his remaining foot.
"If I go out for a drive, I can't park my car outside my house when I come back," he said.
"I know I don't own the road, but there are people parking in St Cyres Road for days at a time.
"Two of the cars are owned by people living in High Street.

Honiton Town Council has been asked to respond to a Devon County Council consultation about Oaklea being used as a free car park by those unable or unwilling to pay for parking.
The town council is recommending double yellow lines on both sides of the road, but is mindful that this could push the problem elsewhere.
