A DISTRAUGHT woman from Honiton has made an urgent appeal for the return of her pet cat.

Terry Jankowski, of Streamers Meadows, last saw one-year-old Joey at lunchtime yesterday (Tuesday).

"He usually comes home every hour, to check that I'm here and to have a cuddle," she said.

"I am distraught. He is such a little darling, but probably too friendly."

Joey is black with oriental-looking eyes.

If you spot him, call Terry on 01404 41067.
