ONE of the largest prime retail sites in Honiton High Street is to be re-let in the next few weeks following the collapse of discount clothing chain Richleys Stewarts.

The company has gone into voluntary liquidation.

Anthony Dimond, of A Dimond & Co, owns the shop unit and attended a meeting of creditors in Bristol on Monday morning.

He told the Herald: "Richleys Stewarts won't be re-opening.

"It has gone into voluntary liquidation. As a consequence, I will be seeking to re-let the shop as soon as I can.

"I hope to get it back on the market in the next one or two weeks.
