Honiton: M&S unit let to factory outlet

A FACTORY outlet firm is to take over the former Marks and Spencer shop unit in Lace Walk, Honiton.

A FACTORY outlet firm is to take over the former Marks and Spencer shop unit in Lace Walk, Honiton.

The unit, which is still leased to Marks and Spencer, has been sub-let, creating 14 full-time jobs.

The factory outlet company, from Burnley, aims to sell clothes and household goods.

The shop is expected to open later this month.
