Honiton man denies supplying drugs

A HONITON man has appeared in court on charges of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.

A HONITON man has appeared in court on charges of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.

James William Sudlow, 47, admitted possessing 15 grams of diamorphine in his flat on July 30 of last year.

But Sudlow, of Queen Street, denies two charges of intent to supply.

The case has been sent to the Crown Court for April 9.

Sudlow was remanded on unconditional bail.
