Honiton man remanded in custody

Howard Dwyer is alleged to have conspired to supply heroin.
A HONITON MAN has been charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
Howard Dwyer, 32, was charged with conspiracy to supply heroin after five properties, one in Honiton and four in Exeter, were targeted by police during raids last Wednesday.
The offences are alleged to have taken place between July 2009 and January 2010.
Dwyer has been remanded in custody.
