Neil Woollacott misses first place by a fraction of a second.
A SHEEP shearer from Honiton has narrowly missed winning a major lamb shearing competition.
Neil Woollacott was just 0.6 of a second behind champion Adam Berry, from Cumbria, at a contest organised by Devon County Show.
Mr Berry sheared 18 lambs in 14.29 minutes to lift the trophy.
The contest, supported by Clinton Devon Estates, was held at Ashtree Farm, Newton Poppleford, last Sunday.
