A Honiton mobility scheme has come to the aid of a Sidmouth man who needed a new scooter.

The Joe Gilson Mobility Scheme, founded by Carol Gilson, gave the machine to 67-year-old Mr Carnally, who contracted polio. Mr Carnally said the scooter would make his, and his wife’s lives so much easier.

Anyone who can donate a scooter to the scheme is asked to call Carol on 01404 43341.
