REGENERATION work at the Glen, Honiton, is being hampered by vandals. A silver birch tree was recently destroyed when a motorbike or car was used to snap the tree off at its base.
Councillor Alf Boom, who is leading the regeneration project, said: "This is the third tree to be destroyed and they cost �150 each to replace.
