Group plans to celebrate its special milestone with a coffee morning at St Paul’s Church
Honiton Mothers’ Union is celebrating its 125th anniversary with a coffee morning on Saturday (April 8) at St Paul’s Church from 10am to 12 noon.
Honiton branch was one of the very first to be started in Devon and members are pleased to be celebrating a century and quarter of supporting families and family life.
The coffee morning will raise money for Mothers’ Union projects and will include a cake stall and a tombola stall.
Members will be serving cake and scones, both sweet and savoury, along with tea and coffee. In addition they are inviting donations of 5p, 20p and £1 coins to cover the numbers 1, 2 and 5.
