Mother-of-two Helen Roulson, 38, returned from the amenity in Honiton Bottom Road this afternoon fuming.
"It is attracting attention from the wrong kind of people," she told the Herald.
"My kids love it, but there were pizza boxes thrown on the ground when we went there.
"I wish people would respect the area.
