Honiton Police Station sealed off for ‘next two weeks’

Honiton’s police station has been sealed off from the public - and is expected to be closed for the next fortnight.

The closure is due to dangerous guttering which needs attending to.

This means the blue phone will also be closed, and police are urging residents who need assistance to call 101.

Honiton PCSO Steve Mingo said: “Our buildings and estates department have been notified and the station is likely to be sealed off for safety reasons for the next two weeks.

“We advise the public to phone 101 if they need to contact us and we can either arrange appointments or dispatch officers as required.”
