Honiton Primary School held its summer fete earlier this month - and netted more than £1,000.
Attendees enjoyed a variety of stalls and games, which were run by parents, teachers and friends.
Honiton’s mayor Caroline Kolek also attended and spoke to some children about their school and community.
A Honiton Primary School spokesman said: “The fete was a great success.
“Children had a non-uniform day a week before and brought in a donation of cakes, toys and more for the stalls and raffle prizes.
“They particularly enjoyed meeting Bones the hippo, using the bouncy castle and spending their pocket money on gifts and food.”
The money will be spent on school resources to enhance learning activities.
