PUNCH Taverns has confirmed it intends to sell the freehold of The White Lion pub in Honiton.
A spokeswoman for Punch Taverns told the Herald: "It is our understanding that the White Lion is currently open for trade. "However, following a review, a decision has been taken to sell the premises and we are keen to hear from any potential purchasers.
