DISTRICT councillors in Honiton are to receive a letter from town councillors - expressing concern over lack of representation at development control meetings in Sidmouth.Members of Honiton Town Council's planning committee noted ward members had not attended a meeting where Aldi was given the go-ahead for a new store at Turks Head.The town council is to empower a councillor to speak at future meetings or circulate written representation to development control committee members - to ensure Honiton's voice is heard.
