Honiton scheme changes Alan’s life for the better

A Broadclyst man has benefited from the generosity of Honiton-based Joe Gilson Mobility Scheme.

Alan Alford was presented with a scooter by Carol Gilson, the scheme’s founder.

Alan suffers from Huntington’s disease.

Addressing Carol, Alan’s wife said: “You don’t know how much this will change his life and mine.”

Carol is currently looking for more working scooters.

They will be donated to a person in need.
