A MEETING, called by six electors, has determined there WILL be a town poll over controversial plans to build a �1.75 million community centre complex in Honiton.
There was standing room only in the town council chamber last night (Tuesday) as views from both camps were aired.
Following an hour-long debate, a healthy show of hands shot up in favour of a poll.
