Honiton train passenger accused of harassment and possession of BB gun in court

Daniel Loveday, aged 32, from West Sussex, appeared by video link from Lewes Prison and was not required to enter a plea.
A train passenger has appeared at Exeter Crown Court accused of harassing a man and having a BB gun at Honiton railway station.
Daniel Loveday, aged 32, from West Sussex, appeared by video link from Lewes Prison and was not required to enter a plea.
He is accused of harassment and possession of an imitation firearm.
Judge Geoffrey Mercer, QC, adjourned the case for two weeks to allow him more time to take legal advice and granted him technical bail.

The court was told that Loveday is currently serving a 20 week sentence for breaking a restraining order.
