A HONITON woman is accused of committing fraud by allegedly offering items for sale on Ebay that she did not own.
Katie May Huntley, 30, of Queen Street, faces four charges of false representation from April to November last year.
She appeared at Central Devon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, February 2, but the case was adjourned to check documentation for Legal Aid.
She was released on unconditional bail and is due back in court on February 11.
