Thieves have struck in Honiton - stealing a hot tub from a back garden.

The Lay-Z-Spa Vegas hot tub was stolen from a property in All Saints Court, in the Heathpark Area of Honiton.

PCSO Richard Shelton said the theft occurred between Wednesday (June 6) and Thursday - and it was likely the hot tub still had water in it when it was stolen.

Mr Shelton said: “There was lots of water left at the scene.

“We would ask people to look at selling websites, such as eBay and Gumtree, and to see if they are being offered a hot tub to buy.

“If so, they need to let the police know.

“We can identify the stolen hot tub because it has certain distinguishable marks on it.”

Anyone who sees the hot tub for sale, or knows of its whereabouts, is asked to call police on 101, quoting CR/049724/18.

The Lay-Z-Spa Vegas hot tub retails for just under £350 online.
