The former HSBC bank at 86 Honiton High Street could be converted into a takeaway restaurant. 

Domino's Pizza has submitted a planning application to change the use of a bank to a hot food takeaway, as well as install extractor and ventilation equipment.

The building is three storeys. The ground floor was previously in use as a bank however this was closed in June 2023, and the unit is now empty. Domino's Pizza now wants to move in and open a store.

The application also says that the road outside will be used for five parking spaces, presumably for delivery vehicles.
