Regarding your article on prostate cancer and Mr Doran - in my own case I was oblivious about it. I went to see my GP just because I was getting up many times during the night to go to the toilet. It was suggested I took a blood test, and I have since had many, which have revealed I have prostate cancer.Like Mr Doran, my cancer was confined only in the prostate. I will now start radiotherapy treatment on October 13 (37 treatments in all). I have a wonderful GP, who I can confide in, and this has helped me a lot.I truly wish there could be more advertising directed at men with regard to this cancer. Again, don't die of embarrassment. Thank you for your article, and I hope many more men will take notice.Thomas Axminster
