AN iconic roadside diner is up for sale after being in the same ownership for 41 years.
Newcott Chef, six miles from Honiton on the A303, is being sold “for offers in excess of �300,000”, according to estate agents Greenslade Taylor Hunt.
The licensed restaurant boasts a 50 space car park and a one bedroom flat.
