Good turnout for the annual event in Honiton.

This year’s annual Armed Forces Day attracted a good turnout with crowds coming together to show their support in Honiton.

A vigil was held with the Baton at the war memorial outside St Paul’s Church along with the tribute march through High Street.

Special guest Chelsea pensioner David Jackson attended the event on Saturday and presented a jubilee baton to Harrison Bricknell for his outstanding support of Honiton Armed Forces Day.

Harrison spent 21 hours on the vigil last year.

During the event visitors also enjoyed the display of military vehicles and other entertainment.

All the money raised during the event will benefit charities supporting those in the armed forces.
