We would like to complain about the comments from some business owners about the condition of our stalls at Honiton Market. We take great pride in our stalls, working for long hours to give our customers the quality they deserve. We take it as a great insult to be branded as shoddy and tatty and looking like a glorified car boot (incidentally, what is wrong with car boots?) We cannot believe that we are turning people away on market days as our customers have always shown us courtesy and great respect and I feel that if any of them had a problem with our stalls they would almost certainly have let us know.M KnightC CookK HurleyTurnpike Chard
