The tragic death of the Polish man on Easter Sunday, in a fall from the cliff top, will have left the people of Seaton shocked and saddened.I feel fortunate not to have actually witnessed such a terrible sight and I feel for those who did. Even so, I'm left with the shock and sadness of just knowing that a life was brought to an end right here, on our doorstep, and from that beautiful and iconic cliff-face which many of us love and gaze at on almost a daily basis. For me, it will take a while before I can look there and not think about that loss of life and, most particularly, how it will be felt, not just now, but probably forever, for Jacek's family. So, in case his family and loved ones should look at the local press for some sign of how their tragic loss was felt here in Seaton, I hope they will this small tribute and know how saddened we all are and that our thoughts are with them.Kathy HackmanAddress supplied
