Police in Honiton helped by quad bike rider.

JEREMY Stamp was not in trouble when he was spotted on his quad bike talking to police in Honiton High Street yesterday.

He was helping people cope with the severe weather conditions.

He was concerned to note that photographs were taken of him using a phone.

“The quad bike was stopped and the engine was off,” he points out.
