AN Axminster town councillor has received the Marshal of the Year prize from the Windwhistle Motor Club.
AN Axminster town councillor has received the Marshal of the Year prize from the Windwhistle Motor Club.
John Jeffery picked up the award at the club's annual dinner and prize giving ceremony, at Windwhistle Inn.
Mr Jeffery, who has been marshalling with the club for around four years, said: "All awards to me are about team effort. I always say there's no 'I' in team. It's very nice to receive an award, but it reflects on everybody's work.
