Kilmington Commander to give talk

THE KILMINGTON branch of the Royal British Legion is holding a Poppy Appeal presentation.

THE KILMINGTON branch of the Royal British Legion is holding a Poppy Appeal presentation.

Commander Stafford Seward, OBE RN, will give a talk on From Southern Arabia to Chad in the Village Hall, on Friday, October 16, at 7.30pm.

Kilmington born and bred, CDR Seward is currently serving in the Royal Navy and his talk is based on his experiences during his last two tours of Duty in those diverse areas.

Entrance is free but donations are requested.
