A KILMINGTON man has been banned from re-entering Devon following allegations of an affray.
Jeffrey Bernard Ryan, 49, who gave his address in court as Balfour Terrace, was granted bail at Devon Central Magistrates' Court on the condition he would not cross the county boundaries.
He was also ordered not to contact the alleged victim or her son. The court heard he would live in the Wirral, Merseyside.
Ryan denied the charge, relating to an alleged incident against a woman, on Tuesday, August 25. He has been committed to Crown Court for trial in October.
