TWO homes have been burgled in Honiton over the past month, police have revealed.

TWO homes have been burgled in Honiton over the past month, police have revealed.PC Ian Atyeo told Honiton Town Council last week that a first floor flat was targeted and cash stolen from a tin.There were no signs of a forced entry, leading police to believe the property had been left insecure or that the offender had access.In the second case, a home was burgled at night - while the occupier was asleep in bed. A laptop computer was stolen.Overall, reported crime in Honiton was down in March.
