RNLI chiefs thank Lyme Regis Bowling Club for its support during more than 40 years.
A double presentation has marked the huge fund-raising efforts of Lyme Regis Bowling Club for the RNLI.
During some 40 years the club has made annual donations to the lifeboat charity, staging special events to raise the cash.
Last week the bowling club handed over another £200 to RNLI volunteers, money raised during a bowls drive event.
In return the chairman of the Lyme Regis and Charmouth RNLI Guild, Rob Michael, presented the club with a framed certificate and treasurer of the Lyme Regis RNLI lifeboat, John Dover, awarded the club a special commemorative plate.
