LIB Dem Marion Olive has won an East Devon District Council by-election for a seat in the St Michael s Ward of Honiton.

LIB Dem Marion Olive has won an East Devon District Council by-election for a seat in the St Michael's Ward of Honiton.Mrs Olive polled 636 votes.Conservative Phil Twiss attracted 609 votes.The council vacancy was created by the untimely death of Conservative Chris Tratt.
