Emergency services are en-route to Heathpark Industrial Estate in Honiton following a collision involving two vehicles.
An accident has happened outside the new Lidl store, which was opened earlier today by the mayor, Councillor Vernon Whitlock.
Two vehicles are said to be involved in the collision with one, a Citroen Saxo, described as badly damaged.
