ORGANISERS Lyme Regis' Literary Festival are inviting people interested in the project to attend a meeting next month.Natalie Manifold and Marcus Dixon, from the Lyme Regis Development Trust, are organising the festival to celebrate and promote the town's wealth of literary heritage.Natalie said: "We aim to draw in many people from around the country, thereby benefiting the local economy. We would also like to involve Lyme's youth as much as possible."The meeting will be held at The Royal Lion Hotel at 7.30pm on Monday, March 2. People from diverse backgrounds are welcomed, along with academic involvement from local universities and museums.Natalie is also setting up Jane Austen Tours of Lyme from the beginning of April, during the Fossil Festival in May, and throughout the summer.The graduate of The University of Birmingham studied Austen during her degree and has spent the last four years researching Lyme's history and its literary connections.Tours, which start from April 2, cost �5 for adults but are free for children.
