Jeff Scowen wins narrow victory over former Mayor Ken Dibben
Marketing company director Jeff Scowen is the new Lyme Regis Town Councillors.
He narrowly won last week’s by election, polling 400 votes against former Mayor and local hotelier Ken Dibben’s 366.
The contest was called to fill the seat left vacant by the resignation of Liz Robinson.
A delighted Mr Scowen who is also a film maker and actor said he was looking forward to working with the council.
