Memebrs’ works will go on show at the Town Mill Malthouse Gallery until June 6

Members of Lyme Regis Art Society are preparing for their annual exhibition next week - the culmination of their efforts over the past year.

The Society has had demonstrations in nearly every available media and the enthusiasm and expertise of the visiting artists have made this a very memorable year.

Some have provided workshops where members can carry out trials of their techniques and have always shown them enormous patience and encouragement.

Said a spokesperson: “Now it is our turn to bring our efforts into the light of day. On May 24 we will take our work to The Lyme Regis Town Mill Malthouse Gallery to check it in and then Phil Clayton and his team, together with some of the committee- will skilfully sort and hang the paintings ready for the preview party on Friday May 25. The Exhibition runs until June 6 with free admission.
