Crew tow broken down vessel back to West Bay harbour
LYME Regis lifeboat went to the aid of a broken down fishing boat last night (Thursday).
Answering their 29th emergency call of the year the crew launched at around 7.50pm after coastguards received reports that a 20ft vessel was in trouble three miles eats of the Cobb harbour.
The lifeboat towed the boat – with three men and a woman on board – to the safety of West Bay Harbour.
