Rotary club marks its 60th anniversary
ROTARIANS at Lyme Regis have celebrated their diamond jubilee.
Around 85 members and guests marked the club’s 60th anniversary with a dinner at the local golf club.
Along with Lyme Mayor Michaela Ellis and Consort Alan, were visitors from the Rotary Clubs of Axminster, Bridport, Brit Valley, Dorchester, Dorchester Casterbridge, Chard, Exmoor and Langport and Somerton.
Guests were treated to a very entertaining and amusing talk by Malcolm Welshman entitled “It’s A Vet’s Life”.
