SCENE of crime officers are working on a section of the A375 between Honiton and Sidmouth following an attempted serious offence.The road is closed and police have not revealed what the attempted crime was.However, they say nobody has been seriously injured and are appealing for information about any suspicious or unusual activity at the location at about 8.45pm last night (Thursday).The road is not expected to re-open for some hours.Your Herald is at the scene.Watch this space for updates.
