A MAN has appeared in court accused of exposing his genitals in Sidmouth, and intending someone would be caused alarm or distress.

A MAN has appeared in court accused of exposing his genitals in Sidmouth, and intending someone would be caused alarm or distress.

Michael Vincent Hamlyn, 28, from Cornfield Green, Torquay, attended Central Devon Magistrates' Court on Thursday, June 3.

His case has bee committed to Exeter Crown Court and a pre-trial case management hearing is expected to take place there on Friday, June 23. He has been released on unconditional bail.
