A PERSON suffered facial burns after a catering vehicle caught fire in Rousdon today (April 13).

The casualty was airlifted to hospital for a precautionary check up, following the incident at a car boot sale at 8am.

Firefighters from Colyton made the area safe and assistance was called from Axminster station for water gel packs whilst awaiting the air ambulance.
