Lyme Regis lifeboat and local coastguards called to help release victim
Lyme Regis Coastguards were called to free a man who was stuck in mud on the beach west of Seatown at around noon yesterday (Sunday).
West Bay Coastguards, who were in the area on a familiarisation patrol, and Lyme Regis RNLI Inshore lifeboat also attended.
Once the victim was freed he was checked by South Western Ambulance paramedics and assisted back to the car park.
