RESIDENTS are invited to "say hello and goodbye" to former county councillor Margaret Rogers at Seaton Town Hall.
A farewell party is open to everybody and will frun from 2pm to 7pm on Tuesday, February 23. Mrs Rogers is moving to Harrogate after decades of serving the local community.
