Number crunchers from The Woodroffe School win county title
A team of number-crunchers from The Woodroffe School have won the Dorset County Maths Challenge.
Tess Voysey, Chris de Bank, Fran Penrose and Ele Saltmarsh overcame fierce competition to take the title.
Their maths teacher, Dr Catherine Kelly said they had done really well to beat teams from Thomas Hardyes, Purbeck, Wey Valley and All Saints schools.
The Woodroffe team will now compete in the regional finals at the Met Office, in Exeter.
