Mayor helps to mark Global Earth Day

Andrew Moulding joins Axminster company boss to plant a tree

Axminster Mayor Andrew Moulding got out his spade to help a local company celebrate Global Earth Day.

He joined the general manager of Lowara/Xylem, Duncan Lewis, to plant a tree outside their Millwey Rise headquarters on Friday - renewing their commitment to a greener future.

The company, dedicated to the water and wastewater industry, works to meet the expanding needs of growing populations, communities, and industries across the world that are driving demand for water infrastructure improvements, often in the harshest environments.

It offers a complete range of pumps, boosters, drives, valves, controllers, water systems, and other solutions for numerous applications, serving the water market in more than 150 countries.
