Colourful cakes impress civic leader.
THE Mayor of Honiton, Councillor Peter Fleming, is today (Friday) a guest at the offices of The Midweek Herald at Exeter Airport Business Park.
His visit coincides with Red Nose Day and fund-raising is in full swing in The Herald’s canteen.
Councillor Fleming is pictured with just some of the colourful cakes baked by staff to raise cash for Comic Relief.
“I thought they were brilliant - a colourful display,” he said. “And the jelly looked nice, too.”
