Residents urged to attend a Feniton Parish Council meeting.
FENITON residents are being urged to attend a planning meeting to discuss proposals for a new development of 50 homes in the village.
Feniton Parish Council will be holding the meeting on Wednesday, November 30, at 8pm, in the village hall, and is calling on residents to attend.
The application put forward by Wainhomes (South West) Holdings Ltd proposes to build 50 homes with associated roads, sewers, landscaping, parking and garages as well as provision of allotments, playing space and community building on land adjacent to Louvigny Close, Station Road.
